Tender description

This RFI is for NSIGN Client Support Framework - Lot 2 (Deep SQEP). The Authority's intention is to award the contract by 4th Quarter of 2023 (calendar year). The Naval Support Integrated Global Network (NSIGN) programme is the successor to the Future Maritime Support Programme (FMSP). The NSIGN Client Support Framework will provide access to Suitably Qualified and Experienced Personnel (SQEP) with the required expert skills and industrial knowledge to undertake tasks in support of the Programme. Specifically, this RFI is in relation to the work packages of Lot 2 - Deep SQEP. Provision of expert advice in relation to specific specialist tasking. This may relate to Cost Model development, Sector Analysis, Capacity & Capability studies (both UK and Global) and Commercial Shipping Models.
