GB-Derby: DH23024 - Monyash Close New Build Project

Tender description

The construction of all substructure, drainage, service trenches, superstructure brickwork/blockwork complete with roof timbers and roof coverings and all external windows and doors. All other work will be completed by others. The project comprises of 1 x 4 bedroomed bungalow in Monyash Close, Derby. Additional information: The estimated value (exclusive of VAT) is £150,000. We anticipate works to commence autumn 2023. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Conditions relating to environmental and social requirements of the contracting authority may be included in this contract. Please refer to the procurement documents.
