Tender description

The Council is looking to appoint a ‘competent assistant’ who will carry out an in-depth review of the fire strategy documents that have been prepared by others and set out a report on each strategy to comment on the opinion as to whether compliance with the functional requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) is reasonable, or whether additional work would be beneficial. The review will also consider whether, in the view of the ‘competent assistant’, emerging best practice, as well as the principles set out in the London Plan and the Gateways, would be met.
