Provision of Extra Care at three Facilities - The Spinney, Friary Court (Lot 1) and The Pavilions (Lot 2) Lot 1: Lot 1 The Spinney and Friary Court Extra Care Housing: Extra Care Housing combines accommodation with care and support services. The facilities and care provided will vary. Extra Care Housing schemes provide customers with their own self-contained flat, and usually includes: • kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom • access to communal lounge/s and other facilities as well as communal garden Extra Care housing schemes enable people aged 55 years and over live independently. The flats are safe, secure and accessible and equipped with a 24-hour call system. There is a care team on site 24 hours a day.
