The Authority is seeking an Employer’s Agent pertaining to a project procured through a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB 2016) (or subsequent versions as may be issued by the JCT during the framework period) and act as the Client’s lead Consultant for the project duration. Lot 1: Lot 1 Employer’s Agent - Northeast To perform all duties expected of an Employer’s Agent pertaining to a project procured through a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB 2016) (or subsequent versions as may be issued by the JCT during the framework period) and act as the Client’s lead Consultant for the project duration. Lot 2: Lot 2 Employer’s Agent - Yorkshire To perform all duties expected of an Employer’s Agent pertaining to a project procured through a JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB 2016) (or subsequent versions as may be issued by the JCT during the framework period) and act as the Client’s lead Consultant for the project duration.
