NHS Grampian Charity is seeking to implement a dedicated charity CRM system to manage its knowledge of and all aspects of its relationship management activities with its donors. This will include capturing, storing and analysing donor data and financial transactions with donors as well as storing, handling and managing all communications with donors. The system would also NHSGS manage the day to day contact and on-going relationship management with individual donors. The charity also aim to utilise the system to initiate, project manage and evaluate direct charity fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
