Tender description

Rochdale BC currently contract the provision of Telecare Monitoring and Response Services. The Council are conscious the current contract is a reactive service and needs further development to support earlier intervention to prevent escalation of care needs, and as such we are looking for organisations that can deliver an innovative service that can support this change as well as delivering a reactive service when necessary.
