This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks information relating to the provision of support to patients of all ages and their families who are cared for in the NHS England highly specialised service for Alström Syndrome which is provided from two hospitals in England. The majority of the support to be provided is remote but also includes supporting patients face to face as they attend outpatient clinics.
