Tender description

Lowther Homes requires a contractor to maintain and repair void houses The primary objective of this contract is to provide Wheatley Group on behalf of, Lowther Homes with a contract to procure void work, repairs and maintenance service to support its private letting activities and minimise lost rental income. Lowther require a contractor to carry out work in void homes as well as carrying out more occasional reactive repairs within our tenanted properties.
