Short term social and economic research support on circular economy and environmental quality

Tender description

The Scottish Government’s Rural and Environmental Science and Analytical Services Division wishes to procure social research, economic analysis and modelling to support policy development on waste, circular economy and environmental quality. A range of services centred on environmental economics and research throughout the policy development cycle may be required. For instance, services could include, but would not be limited to: Evidence compilation and synthesis, Development of logic models/theory of change, Cost-benefit appraisal of policy interventions, Summary statistical analysis Development of metrics for monitoring Estimation of the impact of policy options Qualitative interviews/ surveys
