Responsive Roofing Works (CHP)

Tender description

CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation to undertake responsive roofing works to CHP properties in Essex and the surrounding areas.\r \r The required works will comprise of repairs and maintenance to pitched and flat roofing as well as chimney remedial and maintenance works.\r \r The works/services are required on a responsive basis, which will include responding to callouts and emergencies 24-hour, 365 days a year.\r \r The Contractor shall have systems in place to ensure resolution of all issues, faults and problems upon first visit where possible.
