***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a mini competition under the CCS RM6188 Audit and Assurance Services - Lot 2 External Audit DPS Brief Description of Requirement The Energy Bills Support Scheme (EBSS) forms part of the government's cost of living assistance package for consumers over winter 2022 to 2023. The EBSS provides domestic electricity customers in Great Britain with £400 of support, delivered by electricity suppliers over six months from October 2022. Households will see a discount of £66 applied to their energy bills in October and November, rising to £67 each month from December through to March 2023.
