Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) are seeking to award a contract for the provision of asbestos removal works. Lot 1 Licensed Works and Lot 2 Non-Licensed Works Lot 1: Asbestos Removal Works (Licensed) Scottish Borders Housing Association (SBHA) is seeking to award a contract for the Provision of Asbestos Removal Works. The works are to be split into two Lots- 1. Lot 1 – Licensed Asbestos Removal Works 2. Lot 2 – Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal Works Tenders may be submitted for one or both Lots although SBHA envisage 2 separate suppliers being awarded a separate contract for each Lot. The anticipated contract value of each Lot is as follows- Lot 1 - 200,000GBP. Excluding VAT for the maximum term of the whole Contract. Lot 2 - 50,000.00GBP Excluding VAT for the maximum term of the whole Contract.
