Pre-Market Engagement for a Bereavement Services Solution

Tender description

Leicester City Council (The Council) is coming to the end of its contract term with its current Bereavement Services Solution and are now looking at exploring viable options for procurement of a replacement Solution. We are interested in understanding any recent developments within the market, and whether vendors can meet our key requirements and to see any other elements of a solution which would improve the way in which the Council currently manages its bereavement services. Before commencing a formal tender process, the Council is keen to seek market information from organisations that may have an interest or expertise in this field. The information provided will be used to help inform and shape the requirements in our specification. The deadline for responses to this pre-market engagement is no later than 10:00hrs 14/09/2023.
