Tender description

for Phase 1 (Discovery) of this process, NatureScot seeks to obtain the following: - Business analysis to undertake a requirements gathering exercise of the NatureScot Peatland Action and broader NatureScot grant processes to identify user requirements. This will involve engagement with users and stakeholders (both internal and external to NatureScot.) - Identify solutions that fulfil the core (must have) requirements identified by the analysis through input of a suitably qualified service designer. - Appraisal of identified solutions to create a shortlist of viable options with strengths and weaknesses of each option clearly detailed.
