NHS Health Check Regional Training - Engagement Opportunity

The regional North East/North Cumbria NHS Health Check Commissioners network are holding an engagement session to meet with providers who would be interested in delivering a targeted training package to help support improved delivery of the NHS Health check across the region during 2023/24. The session will take place on Tuesday, 12th September 2023 from 10:00 am – 12: 00 pm via Teams. To book a place at the provider event please email: PHsmallgrants@northtyneside.gov.uk The regional NHS Health Checks Commissioners network aim to create a solution that supports the training needs of primary care staff across the region currently delivering NHS Health Checks. The provider engagement event will focus around sharing the North East/North Cumbria NHS Health Checks Commissioners network vision for the training and will invite suppliers’ input on how this could be achieved and delivered. The feedback gathered at the event will be used to inform the forthcoming application process to deliver the training and inform a specification. North Tyneside Council’s Public Health team are leading this process on behalf of the North East/North Cumbria NHS Health Checks Commissioners network.
