Which phase the project is in Beta Existing team The Supplier would be expected to deliver their Services to the PIIAC. The PIIAC has an in-house team who maintain and develop SCIO applications. The Supplier’s personnel will be expected to work with this team; however their projects are distinct. Address where the work will be done Portsmouth or remote/hybrid. Work will need to be executed through Authority systems. UAT will require personnel to be on site for some elements. There are no travel requirements outside of Portsmouth. It is about building out digital tools and applications that have been created in SCIO (the NC People Data Warehouse), and proved through 3 year’s use, and taking these applications to the next level. The SCIO applications concerned are regarded as defence leading (and are shared with the RAF). SCIO is managed through the P&T Digital Centre of Excellence (DCofE) and the team is part of the P&T People Insights, Intelligence and Analytics Centre (PIIAC). This is a mixture of Service personnel, Civil Service and independent contractors that work maintaining and developing SCIO. This contract service will be expected to integrate with, support and draw upon this existing team to deliver the requirement.
