Tender description

As part of the development of its Organisational Blueprint, and the journey towards its Target Operating Model, Homes England has prepared a prototype design which supports the development of a digitally enabled, flexible and responsible organisation able to respond to future policy and strategic challenges. With the case for change and design principles agreed, Homes England is now seeking to develop and complete the detailed design and produce an overarching implementation plan of its enterprise wide enabling and support functions to make us ready for the future. This is a call off from CCS' MCF3 Lot 3: Complex & Transformation.
