Uttlesford District Council (UDC) is seeking to commission a suitably qualified sustainable transport operator to plan, implement and operate a community e-cargo bike within Saffron Walden. The aim is to reduce the miles travelled in private vehicles by business and local residents. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
