Tender description
Development Opportunity at the former Bowburn Infant and Nursery School. The site comprises of the former school buildings and adjoining undeveloped former playground. The site is predominantly flat with no obvious topographical constraints. The infant school building was constructed around 1900 in red engineering brick with sandstone dressings to well established design principles for education buildings at that time. It is considered that appropriate reuse of the site may include residential, community use. Any proposals for other uses will be assessed on their own merits.
