For the Provision of Digital content production services in support of citizen engagement

The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sports and Media is seeking the following services in [Ii) digital content and platform management (ii) audience development - citizen engagement, and (iii) audio and visual content production Effective communication with the public and stakeholders is essential in achieving the Department’s goals. The Department uses social media to promote the wide range of schemes and programmes operated under the auspices of the Department. The Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media is seeking to appoint a service provider to provide digital content services to support engagement with citizens and communities across Ireland. This service will be available to selected units in the Department on a drawdown basis, with continuous and episodic programmes of work to be agreed and costed in advance between the successful service provider and the relevant Departmental unit. (Total Value of Contract is €610,000 inclusive of VAT over 2 years with a possible 1 year extension, Total Value of Contract exclusive of VAT is €495,935.00 over 2 years)
