Tender description

The City of Wolverhampton Council (the Council) is looking at ways of reducing carbon to meet its 2028 carbon commitment. As part of this the council is inviting Expressions of Interest for Demand Side Response (DSR) on a gain share basis. The council is looking for a partner to deliver DSR initially at the Civic Centre, looking at a gain share model of a Minimum of 50% return to the Council. DSR must work with the council’s current Building Management System (BMS), a Scheider Electris system, in the Civic Centre and the provider must be willing to work alongside the Council’s current BMS provider, Scheider. If successful, the council may be willing to expand this project to other buildings that meet the profile criteria. Keywords: Demand, Side, Response, Scheider, BMS
