Concession Contract for Holiday Accommodation

Scottish Canals is looking to establish a long term partnership with a holiday accommodation provider who has a proven track record and the ability to finance, design, build and manage holiday accommodation on land owned by Scottish Canals. As part of our new Corporate Plan we want to support and develop our sustainable tourism offering as well as repurpose some of our land and buildings. We are therefore looking to establish a long term partnership with a holiday accommodation provider who has a proven track record and the ability to finance, design, build and manage holiday accommodation on land owned by Scottish Canals. The initial opportunity focuses on Fort Augustus which sits on the Caledonian Canal network but we may seek to add in other sites from across the network throughout the lifetime of the partnership.
