Award of Purchase of Polling Solution (Audience Response System)

Tender description

Heriot-Watt University is seeking to procure a Software-as-a-Service Polling solution (Audience Response System) to complement GIS Learner and Academic service portfolio of technologies available to use across the University. The polling solution will enable teachers to pose questions within a presentation, in-person, online or hybrid, and receive immediate responses from students from their personal device. with the aim of enhancing student engagement, increase collaboration, promote active learning, and assist in the development of critical thinking, whilst providing informative feedback to tutors to inform learner progression and teaching delivery. Suppliers are requested to offer their current release single proposed solution and must not include pre-release, beta components or soon to be deprecated functionality.
