WUV - Creation of New SANG - Early Market Engagement

Guildford Borough Council anticipates it will require a contractor to carry out works to form the new SANG on the existing Burpham Court Farm Site. The key elements of works include: 1. Possible Development of RIBA stage 2 level design. 2. 2.6km of footpath, cycleway and boardwalks to create a walking route 3. New 32 space car park with cycle parking and access road from Clay Lane and pedestrian crossing across Clay Lane to connect walking route 4. Landscaping and earthworks to create Ecological wintering bird nesting scrapes, visual and noise bunds, flood compensation areas and biodiversity net gain features The estimated budget range is £1.75m to 2.25m (subject to change) The purpose of this engagement is to gain feedback from potential suppliers on the best route to market via one to one sessions.
