Watcombe Primary School - Replacement Fire Doors

Torbay Economic Development Company t/a TDA, on behalf of Torbay Council, seek a competent service provider to replace 36no fire doors at Watcombe Primary School, Moor Lane, Torquay to include frames and ironmongery based on Appendix D Schedule of Doors, Spec. The schedule consists of a numbered excel spread sheet correlating to a numbered photograph schedule. On completion the fire doors will need to meet current fire door regulatory standards and be assessed and signed off by those undertaking the works.
