Derry City and Strabane District Council (DCSDC) is inviting tenders for the Renta of Physiotherapist Room at Foyle Arena Leisure Centre, 2 Limavady Road, Derry BT47 6JY. The initial term will be 36 months, during which time the licensee will be rates exempt. The licensee will be responsible for any additional fit out requirements, over and above sink units and treatment beds currently in place. The opening hours for the centre: Monday – Friday 0630-2200 hours, Saturday – Sunday 0900-1800 hours. The successful tender should operate within these hours only. There will be an emphasis on providing a high standard of service including visible elements of service such as staff uniform and high quality promotional material. Council is keen to ensure that the level of quality will be commensurate with the surroundings and overall offering within the building. Please refer to the CfT documents for further details.
