Tender description
The SPS Digital Services Department require a supplier to provide a ITSM (IT Service Management) Licences. All licenses should cover the application versions currently in use, as well as any version upgrades that may be released during the lifetime of the Agreement. SPS procured and awarded this project via the CCS RM6068 Technology Products and Associated Services Framework Agreement (Lot 3). A Further Competition document was published by SPS via the Public Contracts Scotland - Tender (PCS-T) portal and was made available to all suppliers on the framework. Tender responses were then evaluated by the SPS in accordance with the Guide to Scoring.
