Tender description

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is creating an approved list of specialist external therapists to deliver a range of therapies to employees, managers and carers aimed at improving their wellbeing to continue providing care, return to work or remain in work. This list will be used on an ad hoc basis to manage the demand for support services. The support services will be provided to a range of staff including school-based staff who work within Rhondda Cynon Taf. This process will operate as a below threshold (under the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (as amended)) 'Approved List' that will quality assure providers. In order to obtain a position on the 'Approved List' providers will need to pass a questionnaire. The application process will be initially open until 12:00 1st September 2023 (Initial bidding stage). Applications submitted before this time shall be evaluated in accordance with the tender documentation. Applications may be submitted at any time after the Initial bidding stage, the evaluation of these applications will take place on a quarterly basis throughout the duration of the approved list. Unsuccessful Providers will also be given the opportunity to reapply until successful.
