Operational and Emergency Monitoring

Tender description

The Contracting Authority wish to improve their operational and emergency monitoring with the introduction of an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and a lone worker monitoring services. The Emergency Response Plan (ERP) is designed as a protocol for dealing with reported incidents that occur outside of normal working hours. The contracting authority also requires the provision of a lone worker safety device that monitor the individual staff member carrying/wearing the device and can raise an alarm when triggered by the employee or automatically by detecting a fall, the removal of the device, or a lack of movement.
