Multi-Functional Printer Devices for Main, Scheme and Home Office Locations

Tender description

We are seeking an appropriate and suitably qualified partner to provide us with a new suite of multi-functional devices for our office locations. The devices will need to be suitable and appropriate for the size of the office and range from smaller devices for the scheme offices to large MFD's for the regional offices. We also would like to seek pricing for a home-based device that has a small home office footprint. Our printing volumes have changed substantially since the pandemic changed our ways of working and we printed approximately 350K pages across the office locations for the year ending 31 March 2023.
