Tender description
The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a contract for the provision of the Camden Grays Inn Road Project. The London Borough of Camden has been awarded funding by the Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority via the Single Homelessness Accommodation Programme (SHAP) to deliver a 16-bed property of supported accommodation in Camden. A bid was made with the housing association One Housing Group (OHG) for three years of revenue funding and capital funding to redevelop a OHG building on Gray’s Inn Road. The maximum annual budget for these services is £1,372,787.89. The Authority reserves the right to reject any Tender with a tender price in excess of this budget for the Contract Term for the service.
