GB-Southend: Fire Door Inspection Services

Tender description

Estuary Housing Association wishes to contract with a supplier to carry out a programme of annual fire door inspection across its property portfolio located through Essex, Greater London/Essex border and Suffolk border. The service is required for approximately 4,500 doors per annum. The successful contractor will be expected to arrange all appointments with residents to carry out the inspections. The contract term shall be for 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further two years at the discretion of Estuary. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
