Energy Consultant for Energy Audit for Rehab Group Properties

Tender description

The Rehab Group intends to establish a single-party framework agreement with qualified and experienced service providers who are registered SEAI Energy Auditors to provide SEAI Energy Audits for batches of properties from the nationwide Rehab Group property portfolio. The scope of properties include domestic and commercial properties and community dwellings. The initial contract, this will be for a tranche of ten (10) Rehab Group properties and will awarded to the successful tenderer shortly after the formal establishment of the framework agreement. The framework will require the appointed SEAI qualified energy Auditors to visit the properties and to provide a report on all works relating to the completion of energy audits to comply with all requirements of the European Union (Energy Efficiency) regulations 2014 (SI 426 of 2014), as amended by SI 646 of 2016 and SI 599 of 2019 in various Rehab Group properties nationwide. The initial audit will cover all buildings, facilities, utilities and services at each property listed in the attached CfT.
