East Marine Plan Replacement – Sustainability Appraisal The aim of this project is to appoint a contractor who will be able to assist in the development; management and production of the complete Sustainability Appraisal (SA) for the east marine plan areas; east inshore and east offshore. This is a statutory requirement under the Marine and Coastal Access Act (2009) and The Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations (2004). .
