Development and Delivery of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council Labour Market Partnership Underemployment Programme 2023/2024

ABC Council (“the Council”) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully develop, manage, coordinate and deliver an Underemployment Programme in 2023-2024 in order to support the local economy and support local people into better quality employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2023-2024: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally. Collaborative bids which demonstrate the required experience are welcome. The successful delivery partner team or collaboration will have extensive experience in providing employability support to individuals (including employment related paperwork) and experience of working with migrant workers. Flexibility, creativity and adaptability will be of critical importance to achieve the desired outputs of this programme to support disadvantaged employees who are underemployed in their current roles, helping the individual to achieve their potential and better match the requirements of the local economy.
