Development and Delivery of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council Labour Market Partnership Rapid Response Employment Programmes 2023/2024

ABC Council (“the Council”) seeks to appoint a suitably qualified team to fully manage, coordinate and deliver a suite of Rapid Response Employment Programmes in 2023/2024 to support the local economy and support local people into employment. This intervention is an important strand under Strategic Priority 2 of the ABC LMP Action Plan 2023/2024: To improve employability outcomes and/or labour market conditions locally. Collaborative bids which demonstrate experience across multiple sectors are welcome. Organisations can tender for one, several or all Rapid Response Employment Programmes. The successful multi-disciplinary team/collaboration will have extensive experience in the field of engaging community and industry effectively to make a difference in Employability and Skills outcomes. Should demand/budget increase contractors must have the capacity to increase delivery. Flexibility, creativity and adaptability will be of critical importance to achieve the desired outputs of this programme to help develop a pipeline of people with the right skills to meet industry needs.
