The Vale of Glamorgan Council (“the Council”) requires works to create an area of fitness equipment with surfacing (“the Works”) at Lougher Place recreation ground, St Athan. The Works include the following activities. • Design of new area of fitness equipment • Groundworks • Supply and installation of new fitness equipment, surfacing, associated footpaths to the new facility and any other works to complete the designed scheme.
