Notice of abandonment of procurement. In accordance with Regulation 55 (1) Public Contracts Regulations 2015 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the FTS Notice dispatched on 2 August 2023 under Notice reference 2023/S 000-022494 for the above Contract for the following reason: This procurement was abandoned due to lack of competition, and the Council intends to review the approach and return to the market after further consideration of the available options. Lot 1: - Provision of a site for a vehicle pound - Provision of vehicle removal trucks - Administration of authorisation to remove, removal, storage, release and disposal of vehicles for contraventions as permitted by the Council The proposed duration of the contract will be an initial term of seven (7) years with the option to extend the contract for up to a maximum of three (3) years.
