Tender description

Lancashire County Council (the Authority) requires the design, installation and operation of a Travel and Traffic Monitoring System that detects transport behaviours and trends at a wide variety of locations including road junctions, cycle ways and transport hubs across Lancashire. Two initial key sites have been identified with further sites to be commissioned from the winning bidder over the lifetime of the contract. The contract will cover up to an additional 35. The contact term will be for an initial 3 years with two further optional extensions of 12 months each.
