This procurement exercise is being conducted on behalf of the Welsh Ministers to establish a contract for Supporting the Development of Welsh National Air Quality Target Proposals Lot 2: Modelling achievability Lot 2 involves modelling the dispersion of air pollutants to determine the effect of optimised combinations of measures from the first stage in achieving future concentration-based target levels and the associated health, environmental, economic and social benefits Lot 1: Research and assessment of targets Lot 1 will involve assessing technological and behavioural measures across different sectors that produce potential future reduced emission trajectories using data based on the latest National Atmospheric Emission Inventory data .
