Tender description
We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor that has a proven track record of similar grant aided conservation refurbishments in the cultural sector. This is a bespoke project and the commission will be based on standard industry terms and conditions but incorporating the appended The Brief will follow the RIBA study as it evolves through the work stages. It is Tylorstown Welfare Halls expectation to receive full services from all consultants within a traditional single stage contract phased to suit TWH maintain business open albeit with restrictions.
