ateb intend to appoint two contractors to carry out works in both North & South of Pembrokeshire with each contractor being issued work on a rotational basis. These contractors will have specific experience in carrying out repair and maintenance works to social housing properties. Lot 1: This brief sets out all work streams areas and schedule of rates that will be used under this contract. All works will cover ateb housing stock within West Wales. Within the contract there is no defined amount of work, and any suggested amounts are indicative and not guaranteed.
