Provision of Digital Asset Management [DAM] Consultancy Services

Tender description

Tourism Ireland, Fáilte Ireland and Tourism NI, as the tourism development and marketing organisations for the island of Ireland (IOIT), are collectively seeking the services of a Digital Asset Management Systems (DAMs) Consultant with extensive and verifiable experience in the strategic project planning and workflow process deployment of large-scale enterprise DAM technology systems. The appointed DAM Consultant will undertake an objective review of the current and future needs of all three organisations regarding the resources and systems for managing and distributing their digital marketing assets based on the DAM Maturity Model categories. The successful bidder should have: - A particular knowledge of tendering processes mandated by EU Procurement and/or Not for Profit Public Bodies - this would be helpful. - Objectivity and Independence – the consultant should not be associated with one or more DAM vendor(s) that may create a ‘conflict of interest’. - An understanding of privacy legislation/Privacy by Design/Consent Management.
