Tender description

The Council would like to develop a ten-year Partnership with a Workspace Operator that manages Workspace Provision within Tower Hamlets. We welcome expressions of interest from Workspace Operators from all providers but we are keen to hear from providers where there is a proven shortage or long waiting lists to support supply and demand of provision in the borough. This opportunity will provide £435,000 of Capital Investment in the form of a grant for a Workspace Provider to upgrade their existing workspace/bring forward new workspace and in return, deliver a minimum of 315 square metres of workspace for a period of at least ten-years. The funding requirements of this grant will require all capital works to be completed and the space to be operational, delivering at least 315 square metres of space by 31st March 2025. Further outputs relating to supporting businesses, providing space will need to be delivered annually over the duration of the partnership. Keywords: Affordable Workspace
