North Ayrshire Council require a full Quantity Surveying service from from Work Stage 4-Developed Design to Work Stage 7. This project is part of the of the Council’s Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP). The houses will be a mix of wheelchair liveable, amenity and general needs homes. We require a full Quantity Surveying service from Work Stage 4-Developed Design to Work Stage 7 – Use in support of these 2 projects. North Ayrshire Council have a set of standard house types that will be utilised across both sites. The elevation treatment of the blocks will differ on each of the 2 sites. This was procured as a mini-competition from North Ayrshire Council's Professional Services Framework - Lot 1A Quantity Surveying.
