Havant Borough Council require a contractor to manage and maintain a portfolio of 15 to 20 2-5 bed residential homes in the borough on their behalf. These will initially be rented out to families who have arrived in the UK via Ukrainian and Afghan resettlement and relocation schemes and will have English as an Additional Language. HBC believes that the majority of these properties will be three- or four-bedroom houses. The contract will cover two areas: • Maintenance o Preparing the homes for letting including ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations o Statutory, routine and emergency maintenance as necessary o Provision of 24hr emergency helpline for residents • Letting management Keywords: Maintenance
