Tender description

Microsoft Gold Partner to support the buyer in the next phase of its SMART Working M365 programme. Direct Award using Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement RM1557.12 GCloud 12 to seek Microsoft Gold Partner to support the council in its next phase of the Smart Working Microsoft 365 (M365) programme which will displace the legacy Notes platform with M365 Outlook & Exchange online. Work also includes: - developing and kick starting the implementation of Outlook specific Information Governance strategy; - implementation of a Change Management & Adoption Portal based on M365 Sharepoint Technology; - implementation of the M365 Intune mobile device management and deployment of Mobile M365 services to the council’s corporate mobile phones; - kick starting the deployment of the M365 Office Suite productivity applications.
