Tender description

The British Library requires an experienced event production company to work closely with its Cultural Events Team to plan and implement the necessary technical production required to deliver its larger and more complex events. To action the event technical production for regular public and private events at its site in St.Pancras London. The Library has a requirement for stage, sound, light and video presentation equipment, as well as all necessary installation and operational staff for events for up to 700 people. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
