Tender description

Sport Ireland wishes to establish multi-party framework agreements for the provision of consultancy services to support the future development of the Sport Ireland Campus over a 4-year period on a wide range of projects. Projects include but are not limited to: • Campus Public Realm • Sports Buildings • Indoor Sports Arena • Accommodation Projects • Outdoor Recreation Facilities • Landscape and Wellbeing Facilities • Conservation and Protected Structures • Extensions to Existing Facilities • Aquatic Projects • Winter Sport Facilities • Multi-Sport Facilities • Pavilion Facilities • Outdoor Pursuits • Gateway Projects • Campus Operational Buildings For each of the specified lots, Sport Ireland require full professional services for the design, tender, construction, and handover stages of capital works projects. The Consultant will be required to provide services for stages (i) to (v) of the Capital Works Management Framework or a subset thereof. The framework agreements will be established as multi-party framework agreements in five (5) lots.
